Spectators: 7703 (Terracing: 5779, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) Manuel Vigário made the kick off and thus started the match. Alípio Franco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Monclús went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Alípio Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Monclús, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 15th minute, Arnaldo Gabon made a precise shot to the right of Alípio Franco. Altamora FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 18th minute, Arnaldo Gabon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alípio Franco. The goal made the score 3-0. A collision led to Altamora FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Yuri Castanheira hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Idalécio Malafaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Chorche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uriel Chorche came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Altamora FC's Manuel Vigário. But to his dismay, Manuel Vigário quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Altamora FC's Alípio Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Monclús in the 30th minute of play. Alípio Franco came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Arnaldo Gabon. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Gabon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Alípio Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Monclús, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Omar Erez hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when André Monclús made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Arnaldo Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rui Medeiros fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altamora FC's protests and gave Rui Medeiros a yellow card for diving instead. Manuel Vigário let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 61st minute shot 4-2 at rihgt post. 70 minutes into the game, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Arnaldo Gabon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alípio Franco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. In the 72nd minute Omar Erez suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 73 minutes into the game, Dércio Mourão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altamora FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA the free kick. In the 74th minute, Dércio Mourão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Monclús in the 79th minute of play forced Altamora FC's goalkeeper Alípio Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, André Monclús notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Altamora FC's Alípio Franco. Alípio Franco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Altamora FC's Alípio Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Gabon in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Arnaldo Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Gabon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alípio Franco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnaldo Gabon scored 7-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alípio Franco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Altamora FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA.
