Spectators: 7669 (Terracing: 5752, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) AC United's Algot Månsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Mihu in the 2nd minute of play forced AC United's goalkeeper Roger Ekberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute Juventus PTM were awarded a corner. Lucius Gabor went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Lucius Gabor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roger Ekberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joachim Ekgren in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mădălin Apostu saved Juventus PTM from getting behind. Gottfrid Larsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AC United's Roger Ekberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Mihu in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, AC United's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Mihu came free, but Roger Ekberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, AC United's Algot Månsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mădălin Apostu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roger Ekberg made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Ernest Comănescu sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Juventus PTM's Filip Ozon got a free kick in the 24th minute. Gottfrid Larsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mădălin Apostu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Calistrat Trifu hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Ernest Comănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Roger Ekberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Gottfrid Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mădălin Apostu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantin Mihu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as AC United's Filip Holmgren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mădălin Apostu. That made the score 0-2 after 64 minutes of play. Mădălin Apostu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Ekgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joachim Ekgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mădălin Apostu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joachim Ekgren ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Constantin Mihu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus PTM's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantin Mihu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Ekberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ernest Comănescu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Juventus PTM got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Mihu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gottfrid Larsson in the 83rd minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Mădălin Apostu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicodim Vasilian hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. AC United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
