When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Edgard Reyes sped through ZG Hakleri's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Holer Nolle. With his leg Holer Nolle managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Picanya FC's Edgard Reyes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Edgard Reyes had several of the ZG Hakleri's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Holer Nolle as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 28th minute, Baiardo Candamil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sanjin Skelin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sebastiano Treviño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holer Nolle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerico Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Picanya FC booed when ZG Hakleri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Sabolek didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tauro Parra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holer Nolle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Reyes in the 61st minute of the match. If Jerico Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, ZG Hakleri's Arijan Paović got a free kick in the 70th minute. Picanya FC's Sebastiano Treviño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arijan Paović in the 79th minute of play.
