Jeronimo Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qi Chen Yuan in the 33rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xie Yue Chao during the 34th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaja Kallas to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xie Yue Chao in the 53rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Escocia's goalkeeper Jeronimo Mon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Club Atlético Escocia booed when Los Galacticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qi Chen Yuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonel Caponi ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Los Galacticos's Kong Jing Kun got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 95 played minutes Los Galacticos got a freekick which was hit by Zhu Chong Ao. The Club Atlético Escocia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Galacticos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
