Agostinho Martins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Fidel Prieto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Reimond Reddington made a precise shot to the right of Fidel Prieto. Vodka Stars 1949's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Reimond Reddington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curcio Alonso scored 2-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agostinho Martins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fidel Prieto came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Goth Cloudy Experience's Mané Couto. But to his dismay, Mané Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Fidel Prieto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reimond Reddington in the 44th minute of play. Fidel Prieto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reimond Reddington, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Goth Cloudy Experience were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reimond Reddington stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reimond Reddington in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidel Prieto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fidel Prieto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. 79 minutes into the match, Reimond Reddington had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fidel Prieto. Vodka Stars 1949's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reimond Reddington was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Goth Cloudy Experience's Reimond Reddington slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fidel Prieto. That made the score 2-7 after 89 minutes of play. When Rafael Toscano fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goth Cloudy Experience's protests and gave Rafael Toscano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Goth Cloudy Experience getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Rafael Toscano hit a great ball. After 96 minutes, Santos Valladolid mouthed his way into the referee's book.
