When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Nevada Lopez de Toro took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ado Abello to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Atarratze Abarca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konstanty Tylinski was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atarratze Abarca in the 20th minute of play forced Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Konstanty Tylinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavia's Ado Abello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Octavia from getting a goal against them. Santos Valladolid kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Atarratze Abarca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Tylinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Octavia's Rolado Abendano got a free kick in the 41st minute. The long shot by Tiburcio Amorebieta in the 42nd minute really tested Ado Abello's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Octavia fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when Octavia's Atarratze Abarca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Curcio Alonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Vodka Stars 1949 got a freekick which was hit by Curcio Alonso. Atarratze Abarca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Konstanty Tylinski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vodka Stars 1949's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucio Abalos ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Lucio Abalos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Konstanty Tylinski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Vodka Stars 1949 booed when Octavia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrio Abadie didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Octavia's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Mera came free, but Ado Abello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulin Abecia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Lucio Abalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
