The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudentio Sasiain got free with Ignatius Casasola in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prudentio Sasiain in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignatius Casasola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dominic Orcondona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almiro Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Carpasús FC - FDC's Prudentio Sasiain dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Andy Campomanes hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Dominic Orcondona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Gama in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Garanhão do SUL's Almiro Cabral got a free kick in the 34th minute. Dominic Orcondona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Águas in the 37th minute of play. Dominic Orcondona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Águas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Roriz hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Almiro Cabral got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Julião Valverde. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell António Gama to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Roriz got free with Dominic Orcondona in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Garanhão do SUL's Julião Valverde suffered a concussion in the 56th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 56 minutes into the game, Alvaro Pares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carpasús FC - FDC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garanhão do SUL the free kick. Ignatius Casasola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudentio Sasiain in the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Carpasús FC - FDC's zone, Angel Edorta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominic Orcondona came out of the goal and Angel Edorta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Angel Edorta fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garanhão do SUL's protests and gave Angel Edorta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Edorta to maneuver through the defense. Ignatius Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudentio Sasiain in the 67th minute of play. Dominic Orcondona made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Fabrício Águas sent off a good shot on target. Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudentio Sasiain in the 73rd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Almiro Cabral in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Carpasús FC - FDC's Vidal Coya. Ignatius Casasola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudentio Sasiain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 77 minutes, Prudentio Sasiain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carpasús FC - FDC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prudentio Sasiain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Garanhão do SUL's Obafemi Fabiani got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 91stth minute of the game Prudentio Sasiain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Buerga during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 93 minutes, Garanhão do SUL's António Gama got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dominic Orcondona. Carpasús FC - FDC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Garanhão do SUL had controlled the match.
