If Thiago Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurgain Ruiz in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmar Mel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MAZER SAF were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Masters United F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. André Lucas took the corner. Laurgain Ruiz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Delmar Mel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Dudu Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute of the match, Laurgain Ruiz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Delmar Mel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laurgain Ruiz got free with Delmar Mel in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Delmar Mel came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by MAZER SAF's Thiago Motta. But to his dismay, Thiago Motta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Delmar Mel made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Laurgain Ruiz sent off a good shot on target. Leonel Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Raimundo Orlo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adriano Carneiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute Raimundo Orlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Masters United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Laurgain Ruiz came free, but Delmar Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Ranolfo in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, MAZER SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Senna to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute Laurgain Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Masters United F.C.'s goalkeeper Delmar Mel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Castro. Delmar Mel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laurgain Ruiz's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laurgain Ruiz to make the kick off. Dudu Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Delmar Mel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Thiago Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adriano Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Raimundo Orlo sent off a good shot on target. Luis Beltxe hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Masters United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Laurgain Ruiz came free, but Delmar Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Laurgain Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Mário Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adriano Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Orlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmar Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudu Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Delmar Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Berger in the 74th minute of the match. Fernando Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Delmar Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudu Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goalkeeper Adriano Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raimundo Orlo. In the 81st minute, Thiago Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MAZER SAF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 84th minute Evaristo Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmar Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Castro in the 86th minute of play. Delmar Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurgain Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Masters United F.C. defense, Thiago Motta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delmar Mel. The Masters United F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delmar Mel should have stopped the shot. MAZER SAF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
