Diguinho Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ke Feng Ang made a huge save. In the 19th minute Atlético da Colina were awarded a corner. João Miranda went to the cornerflag to take it. 22 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ke Feng Ang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. João Miranda was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético da Colina's players had a chance to rest. Diguinho Souza's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ke Feng Ang firmly grabbed it by the left post. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. João Miranda was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético da Colina's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that João Miranda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ke Feng Ang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 28th minute, Rodrigo Gama hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 played minutes ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞ got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Rocha. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Diguinho Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético da Colina's supporters rose to their feet, but Diguinho Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ke Feng Ang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diguinho Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Gama was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético da Colina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Atlético da Colina's Rodrigo Gama got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Atlético da Colina's Gilberto Neves quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Juan Baiano, made in the 45th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matías Britto was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s zone, Diguinho Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ke Feng Ang came out of the goal and Diguinho Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nelson Jesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Carlos das Neves in the 54th minute of play. Nelson Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Ulysses Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulysses Cosme got free with Nelson Jesus in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Atlético da Colina's Nelson Jesus got control of the ball when Matías Britto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atlético da Colina's Nelson Jesus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Atlético da Colina from getting a goal against them. João Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Diguinho Souza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético da Colina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 96th minute João Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ke Feng Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
