Spectators: 7111 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 125) Monky FC's Jeremias Natal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Diego Cresitobalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Monky FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Daunte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Monky FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roberto Monserrat fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Monky FC booed when SAN LORENZO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Michael didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Monky FC fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Monky FC's Jeremias Natal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Julio Ferman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Abajas in the 36th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Froilan Jatsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gustavo Matosas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Froilan Jatsu made a kick off. A collision led to SAN LORENZO FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ciriaco Cordarrell hit a great ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Joaquin Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SAN LORENZO FC's Julio Ferman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emilio Gelacio made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Joaquin Abajas. Alonzo Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Eleuterio Daunte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Emilio Gelacio with Ceferino Mel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jeremias Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Gelacio hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Fabricio Dunixi kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. A hard shot by Timoteo Marin from long distance, 95 minutes into the match, got Julio Ferman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Chants of Monky FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as SAN LORENZO FC had held the ball for most of the match.
