Spectators: 7787 (Terracing: 5841, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 155) SAN LORENZO FC's Ciriaco Cordarrell started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ciriaco Cordarrell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Honesto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's Ciriaco Cordarrell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Honesto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Ciriaco Cordarrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciriaco Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eriberto Honesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 17th minute of play. Luke De Kelper hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Millano in the 22nd minute of play forced SAN LORENZO FC's goalkeeper Julio Ferman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Honesto saved 1989 Blxsk from getting behind. In the 30th minute Ciriaco Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Honesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Ciriaco Cordarrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1989 Blxsk's Eriberto Honesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, SAN LORENZO FC's Julio Ferman got control of the ball when Miguel Godoy tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1989 Blxsk's Eriberto Honesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 36th minute of play.
