But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Urki couldn't finish the play. After 46 minutes, Ramon Diaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A. Korn and the Stowe City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, A. Korn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Diaz to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Ramon Diaz made the kick off in the second half. Stowe City's Daren Porter got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. A. Korn had played much better football throughout.
