Roberto Boniel hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Baba Ba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tor Rosenlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baba Ba, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baba Ba in the 18th minute of play forced Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Tor Rosenlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baba Ba's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Tor Rosenlund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Baba Ba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tor Rosenlund was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 27thth minute of the game Baba Ba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Tor Rosenlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucio Luix's late challenge caught a Ajax Colombiano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Luix helped the player get up and apologised. Lucio Luix hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Rayman Rioseras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Baba Ba put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tor Rosenlund. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baba Ba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Baba Ba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Rosenlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Baba Ba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After taking down the ball on Ajax Colombiano's corner Dimitri Payet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tor Rosenlund quite easily take care of the ball. In the 67th minute, one of Ajax Colombiano:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ajax Colombiano. Lorenz Ureta had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Samuel Refugio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Samuel Refugio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Lorenz Ureta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Santa Maradona's Tor Rosenlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Ba in the 72nd minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Ajax Colombiano's Amado Ba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tor Rosenlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Tor Rosenlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baba Ba's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Baba Ba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Tor Rosenlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amado Ba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenz Ureta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Santana in the 81st minute of play. After 82 played minutes Ajax Colombiano got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Payet. Lucio Luix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lorenz Ureta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Berasko in the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baba Ba in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tor Rosenlund saved Santa Maradona from getting behind. In the 88thth minute of the game Baba Ba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Tor Rosenlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Octavio Txurio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lorenz Ureta having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Luix in the 92nd minute of play forced Ajax Colombiano's goalkeeper Lorenz Ureta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98thth minute of the game Baba Ba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Tor Rosenlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Santa Maradona players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
