Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) JS 22's Adilson Tepedino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind JS 22's goalkeeper Jairo Elixio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 4 minutes, Enzo Scutti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Aquile Azzurre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Scutti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adilson Tepedino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. JS 22's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Miro Klose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Elixio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miro Klose in the 13th minute of play forced JS 22's goalkeeper Jairo Elixio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Alaa Felice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angelo Peruzzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Tancredo in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miro Klose in the 28th minute of play forced JS 22's goalkeeper Jairo Elixio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lot Itov during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 34 minutes into the match, FC Aquile Azzurre's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Tepedino came free, but Angelo Peruzzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 minutes FC Aquile Azzurre's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Barnaba Kilarski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led JS 22's Arnulfo Tancredo to fire away a dangerous shot which Angelo Peruzzi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 36 minutes, Arnulfo Tancredo made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Aquile Azzurre's Angelo Peruzzi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the last second Angelo Peruzzi throw himself and got hold of the ball when Adilson Tepedino in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 40th match minute, FC Aquile Azzurre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosimo Rondinelli to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, FC Aquile Azzurre's goalkeeper Angelo Peruzzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnulfo Tancredo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
FC Aquile Azzurre's Miro Klose got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 53 minutes, Miro Klose managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Aquile Azzurre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miro Klose was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Peruzzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Tancredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Peruzzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Tancredo in the 61st minute of play. After 61 minutes, Filippo Grilli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Aquile Azzurre and the JS 22 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filippo Grilli hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Jairo Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Scutti in the 65th minute of play. Miro Klose could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Jairo Elixio made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Miro Klose managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Aquile Azzurre's supporters rose to their feet, but Miro Klose was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Elixio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelo Peruzzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Tancredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Enzo Scutti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jairo Elixio. Enzo Scutti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miro Klose in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Elixio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. JS 22's Jairo Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miro Klose in the 89th minute of play. JS 22's Jairo Elixio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save JS 22 from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes into the game, Epifanio Laffitte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JS 22's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Aquile Azzurre the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Epifanio Laffitte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, JS 22's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miro Klose fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Miro Klose received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jairo Elixio came out and tried to block the shot, but Miro Klose slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 95th minute.
