The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dagan Eicke who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Eustaquio Sengrat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 8th minute Abraham Laing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Sengrat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Abraham Laing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neville Peach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salva Moresco in the 12th minute of the match. The LiBeRiA F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when LiBeRiA F.C.'s Anselmo Toro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 19th match minute, LiBeRiA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Leobardo to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes LiBeRiA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Sanchez. Thanks to some nice moves Dagan Eicke could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Eustaquio Sengrat however easily saved by the left post. Abraham Laing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Victorio Oliverio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Neville Peach was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Salva Moresco struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Neville Peach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LiBeRiA F.C..

Neville Peach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Toro in the 55th minute of play. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by LiBeRiA F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcus Roach was slow to take the kick. During this time Amputees FC's players had a chance to rest. 69 minutes into the match, Amputees FC's Carleton Howie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Sengrat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fidel Hartz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Victorio Oliverios short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Neville Peach to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Eustaquio Sengrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Laing in the 79th minute of play. Amputees FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcus Roach in the 80th minute. Amputees FC's Marcus Roach was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eustaquio Sengrat in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hugo Leobardo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Carleton Howie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eustaquio Sengrat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neville Peach made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Victorio Oliverio sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Leonides Sanchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to LiBeRiA F.C. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Salva Moresco hit a great ball. Eustaquio Sengrat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carleton Howie, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The Amputees FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing LiBeRiA F.C. to win.
