Armando Unax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Guifre in the 36th minute of play. Gervasio Efren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Lluc in the 40th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Teo Igon made the kick off in the second half. Gervasio Efren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Bernat, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. A collision led to C.U.E. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Hijos de Doña Beija the free kick. Siro Medina lost his temper 79 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 79 minutes into the game, one of C.U.E. DE COMERCIO:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Los Hijos de Doña Beija. Nestor Bernat stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gervasio Efren. 1-0. After a rather tough play, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Sebahattin Gentiletti got a free kick in the 85th minute. Gervasio Efren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Bernat, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Nestor Bernat came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Los Hijos de Doña Beija fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Bernat couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Mauricio Amato ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Efren was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 96th minute, Mauricio Amato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Los Hijos de Doña Beija fully deserved thier win.
