Chuquisaca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herena Abecia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pirmin Abancens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvin Stenkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Chuquisaca's Jayvier Abadia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edvin Stenkvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Lázaro Goren came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Little Big fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Goren couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Chuquisaca were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Little Big side.
