When Hélder dos Santos came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the LauerArmy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder dos Santos couldn't finish the play. Fariz Swee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilian Guimarães having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as LauerArmy's Hélder dos Santos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Danial Ching. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Ismael Mattos got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Tan in the 22nd minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Wilian Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Hélder dos Santos put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Danial Ching. After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn AFC's zone, Angelo Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danial Ching came out of the goal and Angelo Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hélder dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Danial Ching tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Wilian Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sajeev Hian, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Hélder dos Santos could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Danial Ching however easily saved by the left post. Hélder dos Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danial Ching. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hélder dos Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. 40 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's Hélder dos Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danial Ching narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Redbourn AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nilmar Barbosa was slow to take the kick. During this time LauerArmy's players had a chance to rest. The corner led LauerArmy's Nilmar Barbosa to fire away a dangerous shot which Danial Ching despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hélder dos Santos made a kick off. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jithu Hee didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 51st minute of the match Nilmar Barbosa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danial Ching showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder dos Santos in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danial Ching saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. When LauerArmy's Hélder dos Santos in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Redbourn AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 57th minute, Hélder dos Santos made a precise shot to the right of Danial Ching. Redbourn AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Danial Ching didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Teixeira went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jithu Hee during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Redbourn AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jithu Hee to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute of the match Ismael Mattos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danial Ching skillfully saved the ball. Nilmar Barbosa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Danial Ching. Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Redbourn AFC booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilian Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khairul Paine in the 75th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Fantasia during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th minute, Alfredo Fantasia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute of the match Nilmar Barbosa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danial Ching skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Hélder dos Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danial Ching was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. In the 80th minute of the match LauerArmy got a corner. Redbourn AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nilmar Barbosa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jithu Hee kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match Nilmar Barbosa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danial Ching skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder dos Santos in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danial Ching saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Redbourn AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LauerArmy.
