When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edin Džeko made a kick off. Guilherme Peres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Rodolfo Mark made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Damian Rito notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo. Amadeo Rufo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Marcones in the 62nd minute of play. Rodolfo Mark was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Vianna got free with Rodolfo Mark in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damian Rito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nova Erechim - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Randy Kläser hit a great ball. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
