In the 5th minute, Mariano Verón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Rito in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodas Baltanas saved Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. from getting behind. 13 minutes into the game, Isidoro Marcones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rodas Baltanas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lastur Mora charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lastur Mora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lastur Mora to maneuver through the defense. Rodas Baltanas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Rito, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 28th minute Damian Rito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodas Baltanas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Rito in the 31st minute of play forced Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s goalkeeper Rodas Baltanas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Fernando Sabin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodas Baltanas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lastur Mora got his second yellow card in the match during the 41st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damian Rito was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Federico Rico put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Segundo Laurendi. Segundo Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Rico in the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alvarado de Mar del Plata's zone, Federico Rico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Segundo Laurendi came out of the goal and Federico Rico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francisco Merexildo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. booed when Alvarado de Mar del Plata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Carlomagno didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Isidoro Marcones slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodas Baltanas. That made the score 1-3 after 70 minutes of play. Damian Rito kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Rodas Baltanas was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Isidoro Marcones capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isidoro Marcones really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. The audience was convinced that Federico Rico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Segundo Laurendi was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Rodas Baltanas was a little too slow when Isidoro Marcones got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-5. Segundo Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Rico in the 94th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Rico in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Segundo Laurendi saved Alvarado de Mar del Plata from getting behind.
