In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind MoVenTorZ FC's goalkeeper Fausto Spinosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The MoVenTorZ FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alvarado de Mar del Plata were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damian Rito to make the kick off. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Carlomagno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute Alvarado de Mar del Plata were awarded a corner. Lázaro Carlomagno went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Fernando Sabin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. MoVenTorZ FC's Ercole Finocchi got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78thth minute of the game Ercole Finocchi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Segundo Laurendi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Segundo Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Boninsegna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Marcones's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Fausto Spinosa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Ercole Finocchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Segundo Laurendi was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Modesto Isadore got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute Ercole Finocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Laurendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Alvarado de Mar del Plata could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MoVenTorZ FC throughout the match.
