The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. SE7EN's Sverker Pedersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Romero in the 3rd minute of play. When Per-Oskar Simonsson fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SE7EN's protests and gave Per-Oskar Simonsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zuberbühler FC booed when SE7EN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Oskar Simonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Gipuzkoa in the 7th minute of play forced SE7EN's goalkeeper Sverker Pedersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Alfredo Berdoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zuberbühler FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 18 minutes into the game, Julio Gipuzkoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sverker Pedersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Corderun in the 24th minute of play forced SE7EN's goalkeeper Sverker Pedersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by SE7EN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Julio Gipuzkoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Zuberbühler FC's players had a chance to rest. SE7EN's Sverker Pedersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Gipuzkoa in the 26th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, SE7EN's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Gipuzkoa came free, but Sverker Pedersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SE7EN players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zuberbühler FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulrik Holmberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Sverker Pedersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Alefors took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 龚扬强. 龚扬强 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Zuberbühler FC's Luisito Reynardo was substituted for Pablo Acevedo. Sverker Pedersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliciano Harri's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes SE7EN got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Melberg. The long shot by Julio Gipuzkoa in the 76th minute really tested Sverker Pedersson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 78 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's Feliciano Harri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sverker Pedersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sverker Pedersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, SE7EN's Sverker Pedersson got control of the ball when Feliciano Harri tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Sverker Pedersson managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Zuberbühler FC's Feliciano Harri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 98th minute of the match Zuberbühler FC got a corner. SE7EN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julio Gipuzkoa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The SE7EN fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zuberbühler FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
