Shaolin soccer's Borys Gacek got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barnaba Wachna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miromir Lichorobiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Brzeźnica Lynx's Barnaba Wachna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Matuch in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Brzeźnica Lynx's zone, Szczepan Matuch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barnaba Wachna came out of the goal and Szczepan Matuch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Shaolin soccer fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Shaolin soccer's Szymon Faron looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26thth minute of the game Miromir Lichorobiec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brzeźnica Lynx's Barnaba Wachna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Szczepan Matuch charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szczepan Matuch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Szczepan Matuch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barnaba Wachna was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The supporters of Brzeźnica Lynx booed when Shaolin soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Gacek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartosz Lech acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Zbigniew Piglowski. 39 minutes into the match, Shaolin soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Karbowski came free, but Bartosz Lech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bartosz Lech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacy Karbowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miromir Lichorobiec in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnaba Wachna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pawel Pazura kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Cyryl Damaski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartosz Lech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Brzeźnica Lynx's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zbigniew Piglowski in the 65th minute. If Ceferino Gomar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Szczepan Matuch kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Barnaba Wachna. That made the score 1-2 in the 84 minute of play. In the 87th minute, Mieszko Bielecki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brzeźnica Lynx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Borys Gacek kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Szymon Faron hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Ceferino Gomar struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Bartosz Lech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brzeźnica Lynx.
