After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Thor Browald managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sjötorp IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Thor Browald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krzysztof Golaszewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chris Nordås showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurand Mockiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Chris Nordås didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herbert Tscherner went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Chris Nordås showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Mockiewicz in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Jurand Mockiewicz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sjötorp IF's Chris Nordås. Chris Nordås was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Red Devils getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jurand Mockiewicz hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Krzysztof Golaszewski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Sjötorp IF's zone, Jurand Mockiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Nordås came out of the goal and Jurand Mockiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Sjötorp IF's Victor Sundén got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Dobromir Cwojdak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Andrzej Markowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Devils's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrzej Markowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thor Browald to make the kick off. Jurand Mockiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jurand Mockiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Krzysztof Golaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Browald in the 57th minute of play. Chris Nordås was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Jurand Mockiewicz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jurand Mockiewicz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Dobromir Cwojdak struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Chris Nordås didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Devils. With his leg Chris Nordås managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Red Devils's Andrzej Markowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Thor Browald came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Sjötorp IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thor Browald couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Herbert Tscherner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Nordås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute Jurand Mockiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Nordås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Dobromir Cwojdak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chris Nordås. The goal made the score 0-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Red Devils had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
