Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cédric Payen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manchester United FC's Ukko Niemi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xalo Camara in the 52nd minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iordache Hirean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute Aatto Hänninen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Hirean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Minerul Baita -MM- made a substitution. Pavel Niță replaced Cédric Payen. After 84 minutes Minerul Baita -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leevi Salonen who took care of the corner kick.
