Ed Ingram stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Erik Lönn's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After a rather tough play, Gone With the Win's Stuart Brayson got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 20th minute, Formentera's Jan-Erik Lönn dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ed Ingram made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustaquio Bartuelo in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Bartuelo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ed Ingram. Eustaquio Bartuelo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Formentera's Jan-Erik Lönn slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ed Ingram. That made the score 4-0 after 35 minutes of play. Formentera's Hernan Chus quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Charlie Rogozinskiy, made in the 39th minute of the game. 42 minutes into the game, Charlie Rogozinskiy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gone With the Win's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Formentera the free kick. The supporters of Formentera booed when Gone With the Win was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Rogozinskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Benvide got free with Ed Ingram in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Formentera's Wilfredo Benvide ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ed Ingram. Ed Ingram yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Justino Hondo lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Formentera getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Justino Hondo hit a great ball. Noel Saville blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Seyhan Atlıhan having to make a save. Seyhan Atlıhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rio Dunn in the 57th minute. Seyhan Atlıhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rio Dunn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Erik Lönn scored 6-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ed Ingram, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eustaquio Bartuelo charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustaquio Bartuelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gone With the Win getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Dale Dingle hit a great ball. Formentera's Amador Modestio was substituted for Wilfredo Benvide. After a rather tough play, Gone With the Win's Gez Wendon got a free kick in the 90th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Ignatius during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
