With a little luck, Roceira SC's Carlos Eduardo Chaves got control of the ball when Charlton McDonough tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charlton McDonough. Charlton McDonough who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Carlos Eduardo Chaves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 11 minutes into the match, Roceira SC's goal looked a bit too open when Johnathan Cardenas came free, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16th play minutes Charlton McDonough shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Carlos Eduardo Chaves and just under the crossbar into goal. Carlos Eduardo Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnathan Cardenas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reed Molina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Váldson Custódio in the 25th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Johnathan Cardenas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 30thth minute of the game Váldson Custódio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ForestFire's Reed Molina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The tension between the ForestFire and the Roceira SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ForestFire's Charlton McDonough got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes, Roceira SC's Gonçalo Lima shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reed Molina came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roceira SC reached it. After 34 minutes, Gonçalo Lima made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. ForestFire's Reed Molina tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute Duncan Nichols shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Charlton McDonough got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabiano Couto to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Eduardo Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duncan Nichols in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duncan Nichols in the 54th minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reed Molina made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Gonçalo Lima sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goalkeeper Reed Molina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonçalo Lima. In the 60th minute of the match Roceira SC got a corner. ForestFire's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gonçalo Lima ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fabiano Couto made a great header on Roceira SC's corner, it was just that ForestFire's Reed Molina managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 70th minute of the match, Váldson Custódio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Reed Molina saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 71st minute Lamar Knapp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Lamar Knapp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Carlos Eduardo Chaves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute Tad Sierra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roceira SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Miguel da Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reed Molina made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Gonçalo Lima sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Eduardo Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlton McDonough, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ForestFire had won after a very even match.
