With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Osoitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Municipales FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after LegionArgentina's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raimundo Intxixu took the corner. Saul Osoitz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Municipales FC's İskender Yörük. But to his dismay, İskender Yörük quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of LegionArgentina booed when Municipales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Puch didn't get a good kick on the ball.

After a rather tough play, LegionArgentina's Rigoberto Lucero got a free kick in the 54th minute. LegionArgentina's Saul Osoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save LegionArgentina from getting a goal against them. Esteban Marks short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Saul Osoitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. İskender Yörük scored 0-4 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saul Osoitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind LegionArgentina's goalkeeper Saul Osoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 82 minutes, Esteban Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Municipales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteban Mark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, LegionArgentina's Saul Osoitz got control of the ball when Esteban Mark tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Esteban Mark's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saul Osoitz was relentless in the 97th minute of the game.
