Erdal Tamkoç started the match with the kick off. Eustaquio Omero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Anfilogino Conte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erdal Tamkoç got free with Everardo Francho in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Agustin Frasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Los Hornos getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Eustaquio Omero hit a great ball. Ramazan Ocakçı kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Everardo Francho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erdal Tamkoç went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 41 played minutes 1930 Bafraspor got a freekick which was hit by Wilfred Zaha. When Ramazan Ocakçı fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1930 Bafraspor's protests and gave Ramazan Ocakçı a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, 1930 Bafraspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramazan Ocakçı to maneuver through the defense. Los Hornos's Agustin Frasco got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Agustin Frasco off the ground. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Estevez was the one to do the kick off. After 63 minutes of play, 1930 Bafraspor's Erdal Tamkoç made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Francho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marciano Tanio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goal looked a bit too open when Erdal Tamkoç came free, but Everardo Francho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Cristian Norino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everardo Francho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Popescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goal looked a bit too open when Erdal Tamkoç came free, but Everardo Francho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Hornos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. George Popescu was slow to take the kick. During this time 1930 Bafraspor's players had a chance to rest. George Popescu made a great header on 1930 Bafraspor's corner, it was just that Los Hornos's Everardo Francho managed to reach the ball for a save. Marciano Tanio kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Everardo Francho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erdal Tamkoç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erdal Tamkoç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Everardo Francho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Marciano Tanio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Hornos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Tanio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Los Hornos defense, Wilfred Zaha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Everardo Francho. The Los Hornos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Everardo Francho should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Los Hornos's Eustaquio Omero got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Everardo Francho came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by 1930 Bafraspor's Erdal Tamkoç. But to his dismay, Erdal Tamkoç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
