Spectators: 7696 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maciej Marchlewicz started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Salmiyah Power defense, Maciej Marchlewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jussef Ben Mami. The Salmiyah Power fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jussef Ben Mami should have stopped the shot. 6 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when Kang Fan Xiang came free, but Jussef Ben Mami reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hemza Kouidri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the game, Abdelaziz Boutella threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vila Zumbi's Matías Souza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jussef Ben Mami stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maciej Marchlewicz's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Maciej Marchlewicz struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jussef Ben Mami didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila Zumbi. Jussef Ben Mami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 27th minute of play. When Maciej Marchlewicz came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Vila Zumbi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maciej Marchlewicz couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Maciej Marchlewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila Zumbi's supporters rose to their feet, but Maciej Marchlewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jussef Ben Mami breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salmiyah Power's Jussef Ben Mami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Marchlewicz in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Marchlewicz came free, but Jussef Ben Mami reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antoni Beninda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Clementi in the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match Salmiyah Power got a corner. Vila Zumbi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Soltani Mami ran over to the corner to take the kick. Salmiyah Power's Soltani Mami was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Antoni Beninda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 46 minutes into the match, Vila Zumbi's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Clementi came free, but Antoni Beninda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Vila Zumbi were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Epifanio Clementi made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Vila Zumbi getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Matías Souza hit a great ball. Maciej Marchlewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Jussef Ben Mami made a huge save. Antoni Beninda came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Salmiyah Power's Epifanio Clementi. But to his dismay, Epifanio Clementi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 65th minute of the match, Maciej Marchlewicz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jussef Ben Mami was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 66th minute Vila Zumbi were awarded a corner. Carlos Fernando Schmidt went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Kang Fan Xiang heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When Vila Zumbi's Maciej Marchlewicz in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salmiyah Power's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciej Marchlewicz got free with Jussef Ben Mami in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mustapha Zemmamouche hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 86thth minute of the game Maciej Marchlewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salmiyah Power's Jussef Ben Mami was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jussef Ben Mami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 88th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciej Marchlewicz got free with Jussef Ben Mami in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vila Zumbi eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
