Adam Bareiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Rossi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Edgardo Nuno hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Agustin Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Bareiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lengua de Lobo's Clemente Rodriguez got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Agustin Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Fernendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute Tito Pompei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliks Osowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Baltasar Cadelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Bareiro charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adam Bareiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Baltasar Cadelo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Feliks Osowski was a little too slow when Ezequiel Illan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Ciro Farias made the kick off in the second half. Internet XAire's Feliks Osowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Illan in the 56th minute of play. After 59 minutes, Nestor Garaile mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Internet XAire and the Lengua de Lobo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Internet XAire's Nacho Villarroel was substituted for Modesto Fernendo. 63 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Tito Pompei came free, but Feliks Osowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacho Villarroel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Agustin Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Ezequiel Illan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lengua de Lobo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After 83 minutes of play, Lengua de Lobo's Ezequiel Illan made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliks Osowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Internet XAire getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Edgardo Nuno hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Nuno got free with Agustin Rossi in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Javi García hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Edgardo Nuno struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Agustin Rossi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Internet XAire. In the 96th match minute, Internet XAire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Nuno to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
