Spectators: 7700 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fernandez Cuero got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandez Cuero came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bacardi FC's Guust Gijselinkx got a free kick in the 9th minute. Raymond Verheije recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricky Van Dock made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Marcos Berdoi sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Bacardi FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Cornelis Rondas hit a great ball. Marcos Berdoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricky Van Dock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Berdoi ran back to his position shaking his head. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandez Cuero in the 20th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goalkeeper Ricky Van Dock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Jaizki. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guust Gijselinkx, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurice Vissenakens in the 38th minute of play. If Fernandez Cuero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Bacardi FC got a freekick which was hit by Ariando Vacas. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustaquio Jaizki made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Eustaquio Jaizki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricky Van Dock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Caradaro came free, but Ricky Van Dock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Jaizki in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricky Van Dock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paolo Caradaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricky Van Dock having to interfere. Fabian Guter kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Bacardi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedric Uytebroeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paolo Caradaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricky Van Dock having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Caradaro in the 74th minute of play forced Bacardi FC's goalkeeper Ricky Van Dock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Jaizki came free, but Ricky Van Dock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
