Alejandro Cesura's late challenge caught a Verwachting's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Cesura helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes ASI NOMAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Cesura. 9 minutes into the match, ASI NOMAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Zoontjens came free, but Galeno Belarrinaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenz Solar in the 11th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Melvin Borgman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tano Rioz took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melvin Borgman. Melvin Borgman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frasquito Buison in the 16th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Melvin Borgman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilco Kosterman hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match, Tano Rioz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Melvin Borgman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alejandro Cesura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galeno Belarrinaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruud Geels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, İlker Haşmetli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melvin Borgman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Verwachting's Melvin Borgman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tano Rioz in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruud Geels to make the kick off. Galeno Belarrinaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruud Geels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melvin Borgman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İlker Haşmetli, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Verwachting's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tano Rioz was slow to take the kick. During this time ASI NOMAS FC's players had a chance to rest. Melvin Borgman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tano Rioz in the 57th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, ASI NOMAS FC's Tano Rioz made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melvin Borgman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 69 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Tano Rioz came free, but Melvin Borgman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Tano Rioz managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASI NOMAS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tano Rioz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melvin Borgman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melvin Borgman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlker Haşmetli in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute Tano Rioz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melvin Borgman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melvin Borgman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlker Haşmetli in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Verwachting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilco Kosterman to maneuver through the defense. Niels-Jan Harmens hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Melvin Borgman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tano Rioz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melvin Borgman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tano Rioz in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ASI NOMAS FC's Estavan Aya got a free kick in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, Verwachting's Ruud Geels got a free kick in the 92nd minute. ASI NOMAS FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
