Sporting Buceo's Guillen Ubiña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Ternes in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Jörg Moratschke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillen Ubiña was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 18thth minute of the game Piearres Somiedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FV Wienerwald's Norman-Alexander Wellmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's goal looked a bit too open when Nardo Tuo came free, but Norman-Alexander Wellmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jörg Moratschke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Guillen Ubiña made a huge save. Norman-Alexander Wellmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piearres Somiedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to FV Wienerwald getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Gregor Rühmann hit a great ball. In the 36th minute Jörg Moratschke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillen Ubiña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes, Favila Heras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Buceo and the FV Wienerwald players grew even worse after the yellow card. Favila Heras kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of FV Wienerwald:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sporting Buceo:s goal. The referee gave Sporting Buceo a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Clementi Llamosas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FV Wienerwald's Norman-Alexander Wellmann. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Piearres Somiedo was the one to do the kick off. Jörg Moratschke kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. FV Wienerwald's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Jaizki Colina scored to the left of an out of position Norman-Alexander Wellmann, making the score, 2-3. The supporters of FV Wienerwald booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clementi Llamosas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piearres Somiedos short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Norman-Alexander Wellmann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Guillen Ubiña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregor Rühmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gregor Rühmann took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillen Ubiña. Guillen Ubiña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Guillen Ubiña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Ternes went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-André Dospel in the 86th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Guillen Ubiña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norman-Alexander Wellmann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaizki Colina went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. After 97 minutes, Jan-André Dospel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FV Wienerwald and the Sporting Buceo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 97th match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-André Dospel to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
