In the 8th minute, Dragoş Potopea made a precise shot to the right of Baltazar Unzueta. LosPibardos F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Llope Delgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pablo Barrios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nechifor Zbuchea having to interfere. Pompiliu Moromete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baltazar Unzueta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Baltazar Unzueta made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Dragoş Potopea sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Pompiliu Moromete's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltazar Unzueta was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 41st minute of the match Black Diamond got a corner. LosPibardos F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Eguzki ran over to the corner to take the kick. 44 minutes into the match, Black Diamond's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Llorente came free, but Nechifor Zbuchea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pompiliu Moromete stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Dragoş Potopea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Eliseo Font hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, LosPibardos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dragoş Potopea came free, but Baltazar Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltazar Unzueta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pompiliu Moromete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mircea Stroia charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mircea Stroia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, one of Black Diamond:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Black Diamond. In the 97th minute there was a penalty for LosPibardos F.C. Eliseo Font stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nechifor Zbuchea. 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Black Diamond had won after a very even match.
