The corner went over the outstretched arms of Chacarita Futsal's goalie and right to Guido Bautista. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Chacarita Futsal's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Club Almirante Brown's Wilfredo Segio in the 28th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Gerardo Elia was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Chacarita Futsal through an amazing save. In the 30th minute of the match Club Almirante Brown got a corner. Chacarita Futsal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabricio Lorencio ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Justo Paublo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Cecilio Michael managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita Futsal's supporters rose to their feet, but Cecilio Michael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Dolfos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Evaristo Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute Guido Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Pero in the 59th minute of play forced Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Isidoro Dolfos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Abad in the 63rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Aristides Rayman sped through Chacarita Futsal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gerardo Elia. Chacarita Futsal's Leonardo Joanes was substituted for Cristo Evarado. Chacarita Futsal's Milan Starss was substituted for Blas Tonete. Isidro Gaztea hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Chacarita Futsal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Quintan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute Guido Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
