Vjeran Tomić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Omar, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Brasil off's Anacleto Ioritz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Afonso Vargas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Brazil Academy's Afonso Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Servando in the 16th minute of play. Vjeran Tomić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Omar in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Dieguinho Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Servando in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Afonso Vargas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Brazil Academy's Lúcio Munhoz got a free kick in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Servando got free with Afonso Vargas in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabricio Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Omar in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vjeran Tomić saved Brasil off from getting behind. When Brazil Academy's Maximiliano Omar in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brasil off's goalie prevented a goal. Vjeran Tomić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Munhoz in the 40th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denis Servando was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Brazil Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Flores came free, but Afonso Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joélson Barbosa's late challenge caught a Brasil off's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joélson Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. Joélson Barbosa hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Gildo Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Afonso Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Ioritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Maximiliano Omar could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Vjeran Tomić however easily saved by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Servando in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afonso Vargas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Brazil Academy's Maximiliano Omar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vjeran Tomić. That made the score 0-1 after 68 minutes of play. Vjeran Tomić made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Maximiliano Omar sent off a good shot on target. After 73 minutes of play, Brasil off's Fabricio Flores made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Afonso Vargas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximiliano Omar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Vjeran Tomić when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vjeran Tomić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Omar in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Maximiliano Omar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brazil Academy's Afonso Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Ioritz in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Omar in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vjeran Tomić saved Brasil off from getting behind. Vjeran Tomić was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Maximiliano Omar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maximiliano Omar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. The supporters of Brazil Academy booed when Brasil off was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Iraitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Brazil Academy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
