Spectators: 7696 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iustin Chificeac started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Iustin Chificeac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes in the game Alfredo Joachim did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Walt Samuel. 6 minutes into the match, El ABUELO FC's goalkeeper Rafael Pitin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Chificeac. Evelio Bladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Chificeac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Iustin Chificeac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Iustin Chificeac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. El ABUELO FC's Rafael Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Chificeac in the 21st minute of play. Rafael Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radu Bulă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the match MIT got a corner. El ABUELO FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Liviu Ciolacu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Liviu Ciolacu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rafael Pitin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rafael Pitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Ciolacu in the 28th minute of the match. MIT's Sabin Eniceicu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Humberto Olentzaro, made in the 29th minute of the game. Rafael Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustin Chificeac in the 30th minute of play. Cristinel Bocaneț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Rafael Pitin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Pitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Chificeac, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iustin Chificeac in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Pitin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute MIT were awarded a corner. Liviu Ciolacu went to the cornerflag to take it. Iustin Chificeac scored 1-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Pitin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Higinio Videl made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Iustin Chificeac ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Pitin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 63rd minute, Iustin Chificeac left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 67 minutes of play, MIT's Iustin Chificeac made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Pitin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute Iustin Chificeac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustin Chificeac took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Pitin. Rafael Pitin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After some careless play in the El ABUELO FC defense, Iustin Chificeac kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Pitin. The El ABUELO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Pitin should have stopped the shot. Iustin Chificeac kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. El ABUELO FC's Rafael Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Chificeac in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Bocaneț in the 88th minute of play forced El ABUELO FC's goalkeeper Rafael Pitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MIT's Iustin Chificeac got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of MIT booed when El ABUELO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Bladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Iustin Chificeac's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Pitin was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Cristinel Bocaneț charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristinel Bocaneț the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of El ABUELO FC booed when MIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristinel Bocaneț didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the MIT players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
