An unexpectedly hard shot by Örjan Frisk in the 16th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Willem-Jan Steuckens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Strömsbro IF defense, Enzo Van Beringen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis-Miguel Camara. The Strömsbro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis-Miguel Camara should have stopped the shot. Willem-Jan Steuckens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Skarkman in the 20th minute. Luis-Miguel Camara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Van Beringen, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Willem-Jan Steuckens was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Tony Skarkman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tony Skarkman really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 25thth minute of the game Örjan Frisk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Paal-Tervant's Willem-Jan Steuckens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Willem-Jan Steuckens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Frisk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KFC Paal-Tervant's Willem-Jan Steuckens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Paal-Tervant from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Örjan Frisk in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Willem-Jan Steuckens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Van Beringen in the 38th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Luis-Miguel Camara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Örjan Frisk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rikard Hägglund kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Luis-Miguel Camara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Van Beringen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kåre Mellbad kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Tony Skarkman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Willem-Jan Steuckens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nickolas Van Turnhout was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aime Bernage to maneuver through the defense. After 53 minutes, Adolf van Goetsenhoven mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Paal-Tervant and the Strömsbro IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 53 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Adolf van Goetsenhoven. After 54 played minutes, Strömsbro IF's Robert Falck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Willem-Jan Steuckens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Strömsbro IF reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartjan Parmentier got free with Luis-Miguel Camara in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Örjan Frisk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Willem-Jan Steuckens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes KFC Paal-Tervant's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Robert Falck who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Strömsbro IF getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Rikard Hägglund hit a great ball. Strömsbro IF's Michel Brun was substituted for Michael Dahlberg. Luis-Miguel Camara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartjan Parmentier in the 69th minute of the match. Willem-Jan Steuckens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Skarkman in the 74th minute of play. Luis-Miguel Camara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartjan Parmentier in the 76th minute of play. Willem-Jan Steuckens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Frisk in the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Strömsbro IF's Luis-Miguel Camara got control of the ball when Enzo Van Beringen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enzo Van Beringen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Luis-Miguel Camara made a huge save. Willem-Jan Steuckens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Skarkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Tony Skarkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Strömsbro IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of KFC Paal-Tervant for a fine match.
