Thiago Senna started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Gombal Sierra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by SV Bad Harzburg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernandinho Barral was slow to take the kick. During this time CA Portugália's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of SV Bad Harzburg's goalie and right to Thiago Senna. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. SV Bad Harzburg's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Thiago Senna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tim Wiese was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Senna came free, but Tim Wiese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Wiese didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thiago Senna went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to CA Portugália getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Carlos Fernando dos Santos hit a great ball. Halldor Sönksen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, SV Bad Harzburg's Ion Silvestru seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ion Silvestru the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SV Bad Harzburg protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ion Silvestru had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of SV Bad Harzburg:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CA Portugália:s goal. SV Bad Harzburg:s Tim Wiese showed great skill when he stopped Serafino Gaitano:s penalty. Thiago Senna might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tim Wiese. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thiago Senna ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the SV Bad Harzburg defense, Thiago Senna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tim Wiese. The SV Bad Harzburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tim Wiese should have stopped the shot. The CA Portugália fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when CA Portugália's Thiago Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the SV Bad Harzburg defense, Thiago Senna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tim Wiese. Tim Wiese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Senna in the 55th minute of the match. Thiago Senna scored 0-6 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tim Wiese, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tim Wiese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Senna in the 63rd minute of play. Pit Bull hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Pit Bull hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CA Portugália's Rogério Soberano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Covaci in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Halldor Sönksen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Soberano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halldor Sönksen in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogério Soberano saved CA Portugália from getting behind. SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save SV Bad Harzburg from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Fernando dos Santos in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tim Wiese prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Carlos Fernando dos Santos put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Tim Wiese. Tim Wiese made an important save on a dangerous shot by Barry Gunn in the 88th minute. After 91 minutes of play, CA Portugália's Barry Gunn made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tim Wiese was left in no man's land by his defense there! CA Portugália's Fernandinho Barral was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tim Wiese in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
