When Jonathan Bastiaro fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Volvio Moreno's protests and gave Jonathan Bastiaro a yellow card for diving instead. Kerem Ceyhan was a little too slow when Ambrosio Mano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mogel Izcaray in the 24th minute of play forced Volvio Moreno's goalkeeper Virgilio Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Santiago's late challenge caught a Carqueja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigio Santiago helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Volvio Moreno's Remigio Santiago got a free kick in the 28th minute. Carqueja's Mogel Izcaray got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mogel Izcaray scored 1-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Virgilio Rocendo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Carqueja's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Checa came free, but Kerem Ceyhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgilio Rocendo made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Dantel Villatoro sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Prudencio Rodas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Volvio Moreno's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Rodas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kerem Ceyhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, Volvio Moreno's goalkeeper Virgilio Rocendo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dantel Villatoro. If Prudencio Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Volvio Moreno's Virgilio Rocendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Volvio Moreno from getting a goal against them. After 87 played minutes Volvio Moreno got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Mano. Santos Silviano hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Volvio Moreno's Matias Checa got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
