Bernardino Peruxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chaime Llorden's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Bernardino Peruxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inko Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Americo Dantel fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pendex's protests and gave Americo Dantel a yellow card for diving instead. Estevao Caro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardino Peruxu. Pendex's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Chaime Llorden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inko Marques during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. After 97 minutes of play, BINGO FUEL's Chaime Llorden made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardino Peruxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pendex walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
