Spectators: 7729 (Terracing: 5798, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moussa Sow kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Bortzaioriz got free with Dida Gentenaar in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Congo Bongo's Fernando Naike got a free kick in the 11th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Ali Faruk Ergüner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BATMAN SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Faruk Ergüner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donato Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Faruk Ergüner in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Ihazintu saved Congo Bongo from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Jerrold got free with Dida Gentenaar in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 played minutes BATMAN SK got a freekick which was hit by Atak Tanay. Jonatan Bortzaioriz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dida Gentenaar having to make a save. Dida Gentenaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Jerrold, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Dida Gentenaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Jerrold in the 39th minute of play. Congo Bongo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fulgencio Pedroso in the 42nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victoriano Jerrold to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Congo Bongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Belmiro to maneuver through the defense. Dida Gentenaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Lehior in the 57th minute of the match. Dida Gentenaar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Jerrold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Jerrold in the 63rd minute of play forced BATMAN SK's goalkeeper Dida Gentenaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dida Gentenaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Jerrold in the 67th minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Congo Bongo! When the match had been going on for 69 minutes, BATMAN SK's Ali Faruk Ergüner got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Epifanio Ihazintu. 72 minutes into the match, BATMAN SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Lehior came free, but Dida Gentenaar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Congo Bongo's Erasmo Sengrat in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BATMAN SK's goalie prevented a goal. If Jonatan Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BATMAN SK's Hidayet Eracar suffered a sore thigh after 89 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 91st match minute, Congo Bongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Bortzaioriz to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Amadeo Belmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Congo Bongo's zone, Moussa Sow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Ihazintu came out of the goal and Moussa Sow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded BATMAN SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Congo Bongo.
