In the 13th minute Diego Gentil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batı Ufuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tavs Kibshede recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to DEMİREL.FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Serhan Genç hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Holmbro in the 22nd minute of play forced DEMİREL.FC's goalkeeper Batı Ufuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batı Ufuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Holmbro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernhard Mondal made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ali Nabi İlkutay sent off a good shot on target. Serhan Genç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Bernhard Mondal made a huge save. Melquiades Gonzalez was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Bernhard Mondal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Jian Han in the 54th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Alexander Holmbro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Batı Ufuk, 0-5. 69 minutes into the game, DEMİREL.FC's Ali Nabi İlkutay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernhard Mondal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. If Xiao Jian Han had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Batı Ufuk came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by The Potters's Luca Langoni. But to his dismay, Luca Langoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. DEMİREL.FC's Batı Ufuk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save DEMİREL.FC from getting a goal against them. Ali Nabi İlkutay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Bernhard Mondal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tavs Kibshede charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tavs Kibshede the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernhard Mondal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Nabi İlkutay in the 87th minute of the match. Alexander Holmbro kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Langoni got free with Batı Ufuk in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The The Potters supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing The Potters would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
