Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Chavarri in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lun Luna to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Aritza Boveda in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Howling Dawn U18's Teofilo Oriol. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lun Luna in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Azeari Reganado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Salazar came free, but Enzo Shantala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lun Luna in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Azeari Reganado saved Res Non Verba from getting behind. Howling Dawn U18's Baldomiro Jerrald managed to work through Res Non Verba's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. The corner ended in Adalberto Salazar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala did a great save. Segundo Gotzon's late challenge caught a Res Non Verba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Segundo Gotzon helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Gotzon. Res Non Verba were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Howling Dawn U18 to leave the ground with a draw.
