In the 7th minute, Panos Siafakas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Saronida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Chap came free, but Tasos Brizolakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Saronida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stamatis Agathakis to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Paulo Txatxu managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Saronida FC's Fondas Nebegleras fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Saronida FC's Tasos Brizolakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Erauso in the 17th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Saronida FC got a freekick which was hit by Ntinos Mandalenakis. Q. T. I.'s Aldo Erauso got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fondas Nebegleras in the 26th minute of play. Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thanasis Vasilopoulos in the 27th minute of the match. 0-1 became the score in the 29th minute when Lázaro Haitz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chrisostomos Balodimos in the 31st minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. I.'s zone, Chrisostomos Balodimos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Txatxu came out of the goal and Chrisostomos Balodimos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Minas Rodanakis in the 54th minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fondas Nebegleras in the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Saronida FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Nikos Malamas hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Saronida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Perutxo came free, but Tasos Brizolakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chrisostomos Balodimos in the 67th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Alejo Admon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Sotil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tasos Brizolakos. Ermegildo Sotil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Pablo Perutxo might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tasos Brizolakos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Perutxo ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the match, Saronida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Sotil came free, but Tasos Brizolakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Aldo Erauso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Q. T. I.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saronida FC the free kick. 93 minutes into the match, Saronida FC's goalkeeper Tasos Brizolakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermegildo Sotil. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Q. T. I. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
