The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Faustino Txerran got a free kick in the 9th minute. Enzo Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Chap, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Paulo Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Barbosa in the 13th minute of play. Enzo Shantala was a little too slow when Aldo Erauso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Filomeno Aurken kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Barbosa in the 26th minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Shantala made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Nestor Chap sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala got control of the ball when Lázaro Haitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mercurio Mercurio in the 34th minute of play. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Howling Dawn U18 from getting a goal against them. Paulo Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lun Luna in the 37th minute of play. Enzo Shantala made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Lázaro Haitz sent off a good shot on target. Q. T. I.'s Pablo Perutxo was substituted for Lázaro Haitz. After 43 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Mercurio Mercurio. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Astor Barbosa made the kick off in the second half. Enzo Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Aurken, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After some careless play in the Howling Dawn U18 defense, Pablo Perutxo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Shantala. The Howling Dawn U18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Shantala should have stopped the shot. Erubiel Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Mercurio Mercurio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enzo Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Erauso, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Camilo Sanchez kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Camilo Sanchez hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Howling Dawn U18's Julian Abilio got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Hilario Gorri hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Sotil in the 69th minute of play forced Howling Dawn U18's goalkeeper Enzo Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Ermegildo Sotil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lun Luna might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Txatxu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lun Luna ran back to his position shaking his head. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Q. T. I. from getting a goal against them. Paulo Txatxu made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Mercurio Mercurio sent off a good shot on target. Baldomero Fliz hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Baldomero Fliz got a free kick in the 80th minute. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Perutxo in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes in the game, Aldo Erauso dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Jerrald had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Txatxu. Q. T. I.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomiro Jerrald was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 92nd minute Aldo Erauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Sotil in the 95th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Ermegildo Sotil put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Enzo Shantala. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Q. T. I. had played much better football throughout.
