Dino Losito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tim Olsmann's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Metalducks's Jim Lindkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Lenci in the 7th minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Claudio Lenci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Lenci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Donati in the 15th minute of play forced Metalducks's goalkeeper Jim Lindkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Old BaoBaB Accademy booed when Metalducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Lundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arrigo Tesone took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jim Lindkvist. Metalducks's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arrigo Tesone kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Metalducks booed when Old BaoBaB Accademy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Petrocchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greger Skröder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dino Losito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Jim Lindkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Donati in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Lenci in the 40th minute of play forced Metalducks's goalkeeper Jim Lindkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jim Lindkvist came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Old BaoBaB Accademy's Carlo Donati. But to his dismay, Carlo Donati quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Jon Eklund made the kick off in the second half. Billy Sander charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Billy Sander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, Metalducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billy Sander to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Lenci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jim Lindkvist made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Claudio Lenci sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Arrigo Tesone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters rose to their feet, but Arrigo Tesone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Lindkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Lenci in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jim Lindkvist saved Metalducks from getting behind. A collision led to Metalducks getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Hugo Lundin hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Armando Antonacci got a free kick in the 78th minute. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Dino Losito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Skröder in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Carlo Donati had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Lindkvist. Metalducks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlo Donati was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camillo Petrocchi during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Carlo Donati ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jim Lindkvist. Jim Lindkvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. In the 93rd minute, Arrigo Tesone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Old BaoBaB Accademy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
