Spectators: 7700 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) FC Draconia's Gregoire Decorte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, FC Draconia's Jerry Moerman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 8 minutes FC Draconia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mathias Alströmmer who took care of the corner kick. Tomas Biörling hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Jerry Moerman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Metalducks's Ragnar Rudkvist got a free kick in the 12th minute. A collision led to Metalducks getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ragnar Rudkvist hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregoire Decorte got free with Jim Lindkvist in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute Tim Olsmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uwe Nwachukwu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Metalducks's goalkeeper Jim Lindkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jim Lindkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregoire Decorte in the 25th minute. Gregoire Decorte might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Lindkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gregoire Decorte ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th match minute, FC Draconia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregoire Decorte to maneuver through the defense. Gregoire Decorte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Jim Lindkvist made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jon Eklund in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uwe Nwachukwu saved FC Draconia from getting behind. 44 minutes into the match, Greger Skröder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uwe Nwachukwu. FC Draconia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Greger Skröder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 47 minutes into the match, Metalducks's goalkeeper Jim Lindkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregoire Decorte. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jon Eklund to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gregoire Decorte in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Lindkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregoire Decorte in the 60th minute of play forced Metalducks's goalkeeper Jim Lindkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Metalducks defense, Gregoire Decorte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jim Lindkvist. The Metalducks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jim Lindkvist should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes in the game Billy Sander did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jon Eklund. Gregoire Decorte might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Lindkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gregoire Decorte ran back to his position shaking his head. Greger Skröder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Uwe Nwachukwu made a huge save. When FC Draconia's Gregoire Decorte in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Metalducks's goalie prevented a goal. Metalducks's Jim Lindkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregoire Decorte in the 76th minute of play. Gregoire Decorte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Lindkvist having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Greger Skröder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Metalducks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Greger Skröder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Metalducks's Jim Lindkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregoire Decorte in the 84th minute of play. Jim Lindkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregoire Decorte in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the game Hugo Lundin made a throw-in which Billy Sander played forward. In the 90thth minute of the game Gregoire Decorte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metalducks's Jim Lindkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jerry Moerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Lindkvist having to interfere. Hugo Lundin made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Billy Sander however managed to control. In the 95thth minute of the game Gregoire Decorte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metalducks's Jim Lindkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Draconia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Metalducks for a fine match.
