Vito Maia made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 10thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Karim Bado would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Floresta Club U18's Vito Maia in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico França in the 13th minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Léo de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Karim Bado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Maia in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dino Saraiva. Floresta Club U18 were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guilherme Viana took the corner. After taking down the ball on Floresta Club U18's corner Guilherme Viana fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karim Bado quite easily take care of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Karim Bado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vito Maia. In the 25th minute, Thomás do Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th match minute, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiori Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. Eusébio Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Karim Bado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Baptista in the 30th minute of play. Denílson Negri's late challenge caught a Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denílson Negri helped the player get up and apologised. Lenílson Gomes took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Léo de Brito. Léo de Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Eusébio Baptista put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Karim Bado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dino Saraiva in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karim Bado saved Rio Verde F.C CIMZ from getting behind. Eusébio Baptista was extremely unlucky when he, in the 46th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederico França got free with Léo de Brito in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karim Bado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Floresta Club U18 were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guilherme Viana took the corner. The corner led Floresta Club U18's Guilherme Viana to fire away a dangerous shot which Karim Bado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Karim Bado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Baptista in the 62nd minute of the match. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Karim Bado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Maia in the 68th minute of play. Karim Bado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Eusébio Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Bado having to interfere. Karim Bado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Baptista in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ defense, Vito Maia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karim Bado. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karim Bado should have stopped the shot. Floresta Club U18's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
